  1. Wash crawfish in a bin. Fill with enough water to vover fish, shakr, and drain. Repeat until water is clear. do not use salt
  2. Fill pot with 9 gallons of water and turn burner on.
  3. Add whole crab boil, powdered crab boil, MSG, lemons, bay leave, onion powder, garlic powder, vinegar, onions, garlic, and celery to pot.
  4. Bring to a light simmer and keep it there.
  5. Add potatoes. Boil for 5 minutes.
  6. Bring water to raging boil then add crawfish to pot.
  7. Add potatoes and mushrooms.
  8. Bring to simmer and reduce gas to maintain gentle simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Turn off burner and cool crawfish by spraying outside of pot wait water for 2 minutes.
  10. Add corn and sausage.
  11. Let soak for 45-60 minutes.
